The Mathematical Miracle of Nineteen
Over it are nineteen.

The Quran is characterized by a unique phenomenon never found in any human authored book. Every element of the Quran is mathematically composed - the chapters, the verses, the words, the number of certain letters, the number of words from the same root, the number and variety of divine names, the unique spelling of certain words, the absence or deliberate alteration of certain letters within certain words, and many other elements of the Quran besides its content. Because of this comprehensive mathematical coding, the slightest distortion of the Quran's text or physical arrangement is immediately exposed. Simple to understand, impossible to imitate. The mathematical miracle of 19 proves that the Quran could not be authored by anyone other than God Himself.
The Creature
The Quran predicted that God will produce a creature out of earthly materials that will declare the people have not been certain of God's signs. This prophecy was fulfilled; the creature was the computer which revealed the Quran is mathematically structured, uncovering the Quran's numerical code, whilst also proclaiming the people have neglected God's message.
When the Word is carried out upon them, We will bring out for them a creature from the earth that will speak to them; for the people have not been certain of Our signs.

Note the digits that make up verse 27:82 add up to 19 (2+7+8+2=19). As it happened, the computer was the tool to be used in counting all the thousands of figures and multiples of the miracle in the Quran.
Let’s also look at verse 27:82 in its mirror image of the Sura and verse numbers, the 27 becomes 72, and the 82 becomes 28.
Verse 72:28 proclaims:
so that He may know that they have delivered their Lord's messages. He has encompassed what is with them, and He has counted the number of all things.

The complex mathematical structure of the Quran was revealed to Rashad Khalifa in the 19th century, 12 centuries after the Quran. The prophecy has become evidentially true, as the majority of Muslims who uphold the hadiths, as well as the disbelievers, have denied this overwhelming proof of divine authorship whilst also rejecting an honourable messenger, Rashad Khalifa.
The Purpose of the Miracle
The sole purpose of the mathematical Miracle of 19 is to confirm the scripture as per verse 3:81.
And when God took a covenant from the prophets: "For what I have given you of the Scripture and wisdom, then afterwards, a messenger comes to you confirming what is with you; you shall believe in him and support him." He said, "Do you agree to this and accept this obligation from Me?" They said, "We agree." He said, "Therefore bear witness and I am with you among the witnesses."

Rashad Khalifa was the messenger of God who was sent to confirm the scripture. He unraveled the 19 miracle which without doubt confirmed the scripture is the Word of God. The Quran was structured mathematically by God to prove He authored the Quran.
Although there are many proofs within the Quran, the 19 Miracle is additional proof and an added layer that the Quran is a divine scripture from God.
Confirming the scripture also includes it's preservation:
Indeed, it is We who brought down the Reminder and We will surely preserve it.

As the Quran is God's final revelation to the world, complete and fully detailed, and confirms and supersedes previous scriptures, He has promised to safeguard it from corruption.
Decoding the Quran has lead to overwhelming evidence that two verses are fabricated; thus the 19 miracle has restored the Quran's original Arabic text.
Word Repetitions
Below are only a few examples to show that each word in the Quran is precisely calculated, and accurately resembles a specific cycle within the universe.

Days and Months
The word "day" (yawm) is repeated 365 times in the Quran
The word "days" (ayyam and yawmayn) together are repeated 30 times in the Quran
The word "month" (shahar) is mentioned 12 times in the Quran
In the Gregorian calendar, the months are either 30 or 31 days, whereas in the Lunar calendar, the months are either 29 or 30 days. So, the number 30 is the intersection group for both calendars.

The Moon
word "moon" (Qamar), is used exactly 27 times in the Quran together with its derivatives. The moon's ecliptic sidereal cycle around the Earth takes about 27.3 days.

Land and Sea
The Arabic word for "sea" (bahr) is used 32 times in the Quran
The word "land" (barr, yabisa) is used 13 times in the Quran
32+13=45
32/45 = 71.111%
13/45 = 28.888%
Extraordinarily, these figures represent the exact portions of land and sea on earth today: The ratio of seas to Earth is 71%, and the ratio of lands to Earth is 29%.

The Golden Ratio and God's 19 Signature
Leonardo Fibonacci was an Italian mathematician who discovered a sequence of numbers reflects the creation of everything, from the leaf arrangements in plants, all the way to structures in outer space. Mathematics shows that God has used pinpoint accuracy in the perfection of the universe, and Fibonacci numbers are one of Nature's numbering systems. God has similarly used a numerical pattern to authenticate the Quran.
Nineteen is the common denominator throughout the Quran's mathematical system.

The total occurrence of the word "God" is 2698, or 19x142.

The total sum of verse numbers for all verses containing the word "God" is 118123, also a multiple of 19 (118123 = 19x6217).

The word "Bayyinah" (proof) is mentioned in the Quran 19 times.
This phenomenon alone suffices as incontrovertible proof that the Quran is God's message to the world. No human being could have kept track of 2698 occurrences of the word "God," and the numbers of verses where they occur. This is especially impossible in view of; (1) the age of ignorance during which the Quran was revealed, and (2) the fact that the chapters and verses were widely separated in time and place of revelation. ~ Rashad Khalifa
The Simple Facts
Like the Quran itself, the Quran's mathematical coding ranges from the very simple, to the very complex. The Simple Facts are those observations that can be ascertained without using any tools. The complex facts require the assistance of a calculator or a computer. The following facts do not require any tools to be verified, but please remember they all refer to the original Arabic text:

The first verse (1:1) known as "Basmalah," consists of 19 letters.

The Quran consists of 114 suras, which is 19 x 6.
-
The total number of verses in the Quran is 6346, or 19 x 334. [6234 numbered verses & 112 un-numbered verses (Basmalahs) 6234+112 = 6346] Note that 6+3+4+6 =19.

The Basmalah occurs 114 times, despite its conspicuous absence from Sura 9 (it occurs twice in Sura 27) & 114= 19x6.

From the missing Basmalah of Sura 9 to the extra Basmalah of Sura 27, there are precisely 19 suras.

It follows that the total of the sura numbers from 9 to 27 (9+10+11+12+...+26+27) is 342, or 19 x 18.

This total (342) also equals the number of words between the two Basmalahs of Sura 27, and 342 = 19 x 18.

The famous first revelation (96:1-5) consists of 19 words.

This 19-worded first revelation consists of 76 letters .19 x 4.

Sura 96, first in the chronological sequence, consists of 19 verses.

This first chronological sura is placed atop the last 19 suras.

Sura 96 consists of 304 Arabic letters, and 304 equals .19 x 16.

The last revelation (Sura 110) consists of 19 words.

The first verse of the last revelation (110:1) consists of 19 letters.

14 different Arabic letters, form 14 different sets of "Quranic Initials" (such as A.L.M. of 2:1), and prefix 29 suras. These numbers add up to 14+14+29 = 57 = 19 x 3.

The total of the 29 sura numbers where the Quranic Initials occur is 2+3+7+...+50+68 = 822, and 822+14 (14 sets of initials) equals 836, or 19 x 44.

Between the first initialed sura (Sura 2) and the last initialed sura (Sura 68) there are 38 un-initialed suras 19 x 2.

Between the first and last initialed sura there are 19 sets of alternating "initialed" and "un-initialed" suras.

The Quran mentions 30 different numbers: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 19, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 99, 100, 200, 300, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000, 50,000, & 100,000. The sum of these numbers is 162146, which equals 19x8534.
The miracle of 19 in it's entirety is truly one of the greatest miracles:
No indeed! By the moon, and the night when it withdraws, and the morning when it brightens, it is indeed one of the greatest. A warning for mankind: to those among you who wish to advance, or regress.

Why 19?

It is a prime number.

It encompasses the first numeral, 1, and last numeral, 9, as if to proclaim God's attribute as the 'Alpha and the Omega.

The number 19 is the geometrical value of the word "ONE" in all the scriptural languages - Aramaic, Hebrew, and Arabic.

In the text of the Quran, there are 19 and only 19 verses where the word 'wahid' is used to refer to or characterize God as ONE.

The number 19, therefore, proclaims the First Commandment in all the scriptures: that there is only ONE God.
The Mysterious Initials in the Quran
The Quran is characterized by a unique phenomenon never found in any other book; 29 chapters are prefixed with 14 different sets of "Quranic Initials," consisting of one to five letters per set. Fourteen letters, half the Arabic alphabet, participate in these initials. Some verses are as follows:
A. L. M. R. These are the signs of the Book. What has been brought down to you from your Lord is the truth, but most people do not believe.

A.L.R. These are the signs of the Book and a clear Quran.
~ Quran 15:1
T. S. M. These are the signs of the clear Book.
~ Quran 26:1-2
T. S. These are the signs of the Quran and a clear Book.
~ Quran 27:1
The significance of the Quranic initials remained a divinely guarded secret for 14 centuries. As God has mentioned, these initials are mathematical proof that this divine scripture is from God. The Quran states in verses 10:20 and 25:4-6 that its miracle, i.e., proof of divine authorship, was destined to remain secret for a specific predetermined interim:
They say, "If only a miracle was brought down to him from his Lord!" Say, "The unseen belongs to God. So wait; I am with you among those who wait." ~ Quran 10:20
Those who disbelieved said, "This is a falsehood which he fabricated and some other people helped him with it." They have come up with injustice and lies. And they said, "Tales of the previous ones which he wrote down, for they are being dictated to him morning and evening." Say, "It was brought down by the One who knows the secrets in the heavens and the earth. Indeed, He is Forgiver, Merciful." ~ Quran 25:4-6

The Miracle of 19 Must Be Believed In
The true believers do not reject God's Truth. They believe in His messengers, their message and the miracles they came with.
The 19 miracle is indeed "one of the greatest." Those who accept the mathematical miracle of 19 will progress their souls and those who deny it will regress:
it is indeed one of the greatest. A warning for mankind: to those among you who wish to advance, or regress.
~ Quran 74:35-37
We must not deny God's great miracle of 19 if we are to progress our souls in preparation for meeting God in the Hereafter.
We also cannot reject an honourable messenger. Rashad Khalifa was the messenger of God who brought the mathematical miracle of 19.
Those who disbelieve in God and His messengers, and seek to separate between God and His messengers, saying, "We believe in some and disbelieve in some," and wish to pursue a path in between, those are the true disbelievers. We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment. As for those who believe in God and His messengers, and do not distinguish between any of them, He will grant those their rewards. Indeed, God is Forgiver, Merciful.

To believe in His messenger is to believe in the scripture, message and/or miracle that the messenger came with.
In our history the Jews did not progress their souls when they stopped their following at Moses. The Christians did not progress their souls when they rejected Prophet Muhammad and his message (the Quran). The Sunni and Shia Muslims rejected Rashad Khalifa's work, therefore their souls regressed. We are tested in our belief with what was sent to us.
